The Babbie Rural & Farm Learning Museum is a 100% volunteer based non-profit organization.  We are actively looking for "volunteer guides" for Saturdays from 10 to 4, and/or assistance with our Monthly Special Events and School Tours that we hold May through October.  No prior Museum knowledge is required to volunteer as we will provide the necessary instruction.  All you need to  bring to the Museum is your appreciation of history and a willingness to contribute to the wonderful communities we serve. If you have a special skill or have some time that you could offer, we would love to have you join us.  Some volunteer opportunities might include data input, being a docent, working with school children in our School Tour Program,  volunteer coordinator, managing our website, fundraising, cashier, handyman.....all skills and fresh ideas are welcome.
